Born and raised in Spokane Christopher Canning has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed our area into one of the most sought-after and affordable cities in the nation. Raised into a family with strong roots in construction and development, Christopher has held various jobs throughout the years within the construction industry. Most notably framing, siding, and landscaping homes for some of the areas most prestigious custom home builders. This experience has provided Christopher a firm understanding of the in's and out's of new construction and development, and helped Chris establish a vast network of relationships in our area.
Chris is an accomplished Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. He was recently awarded for making Top Ten Sales for December 2017 and again in March 2018 with the Spokane Association of Realtors®. In 2017 he was Coldwell Banker's recipient of the "Rookie of the Year" award. Chris is active with the Spokane Association of Realtors® Board and the National Association of Realtors®.
