We have used Eric twice now, once to buy our first home in Spokane and most recently, buying our new home and selling our home. He knows the Spokane market so well. He really listened to what we wanted in our new home. He also knew exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready to go on the market. We were under contract after four days on the MLS. We highly recommend using Eric Tucker.

Eric fell short of expectations for our home sale. Starting with the low listing price he recommended from the start. (my wife and I had to up it by 15,000)
Communication was a key issue for us and we both were disappointed. I personally would not recommend Eric Tucker for your home sale.
