Mr. Smith is knowledgeable and professional individual with great personality. He assisted me tremendously in marketing my property and provided guidance and answer with any question and concerns I had while consistently updating me with information and reviews and interest in my property. Chris has helped me with the home buying process before, so when it came to selling my home, I couldnt think of anyone better to ask for the help. Chris helped me so much with the selling process. He listened to me and took my considerations into account and helped explain several things to me in an easy to understand and follow way. As a first time Home Buyer, Chris made sure my family and I were stressed free and provided us local resources to help with a smoother transaction. Very professional and understanding of our need and we would love to have Chris as an Agent in the future.

Chris did an outstanding job for us, we were purchasing from out of state and he went to several different houses for us way above and beyond to help us find a house that we were comfortable with he was very informative since we were a first-time house buyers always kept us up to date with everything. I made sure that we understood all the paperwork kept us on point with insurance home inspections you know and how much out of pocket that we were going to need to purchase the house. And just made the overall experience very comfortable and again he went way out of his way to help us with everything and we appreciate everything he did for us.
