We had been using another realtor that was a coworker of Chris's. We had been using her for the last 8 years through multiple sales and purchases and truly only trusted her so when she suggested us using her coworker Chris we were at first of course naturally a little hesitant but honestly, Chris surpassed our standards and expectations which I didn't think would be possible. I selected Chris Smith after interviewing four other agents. I picked him because I sensed he would be easy to communicate with and I liked his very positive, "let's-get-it-done" attitude. Also, he suggested a much higher selling price than the others had suggested, which indicated to me that he understood the value of the house and acerage better than the others. I am very glad to have chosen Chris. The property was sold within just a few days of being on the market, and for a price even higher than I dreamed of!
