I selected Chris Smith after interviewing four other agents. I picked him because I sensed he would be easy to communicate with and I liked his very positive, "let's-get-it-done" attitude. Also, he suggested a much higher selling price than the others had suggested, which indicated to me that he understood the value of the house and acerage better than the others. I am very glad to have chosen Chris. The property was sold within just a few days of being on the market, and for a price even higher than I dreamed of! On top of that, he was a great person to work with: very professional but at the same time very personable. I highly recommend him!!

Im a first time home buyer with my partner and we threw ourselves at it. After getting pre-approved my lender set me up with Chris. As soon as we made contact with each other he was all hands in trying to get us set up with a home.
