Chris was the sellers agent and we met him at the open house. We didn't have an agent and he was representing the sellers but he said he could help us out as the buyers. It was a unique start to the relationship, and I had my reservations about conflicts of interest since he was working for the sellers but from that point on, it was a fantastic experiance! He was so considerate and patient. We looked at a lot of houses and he was so good at pointing out potential problems with them if there were any. I feel like Chris and I became friends during this process. He is a lovely person and very helpful. I hope to never move again but I certainly would contact him if I needed a realtor again.
