Cindy Rhoton

Cindy Rhoton has lived in Melbourne Beach for over 26 years. A Miami native and UCF graduate with a B.S. in Psychology, she moved to Floridana Beach in 2000 and immediately fell in love with the town’s charm and close-knit community. She feels fortunate to raise her family in a place she considers paradise.

Cindy is dedicated to exceptional customer service and takes pride in helping clients find the right home—whether it’s a first purchase, a growing family’s next step, or an investment. She listens closely, works hard to match each client’s needs, and stays committed long after closing, offering support and local recommendations whenever needed.

Outside of real estate, Cindy enjoys time with her family, playing tennis, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, serving on the Aging Matters in Brevard board, supporting her kids’ activities, and coordinating community events. She believes strong communities thrive when people invest in one another.
