Cindy Rhoton has lived in Melbourne Beach for over 26 years. A Miami native and UCF graduate with a B.S. in Psychology, she moved to Floridana Beach in 2000 and immediately fell in love with the town’s charm and close-knit community. She feels fortunate to raise her family in a place she considers paradise.
