I am sharing this review because this is how I found EXP realty to sell my house ! It was a long road with my previous realtors, I hardly had any action much less offers ! I was misguided as well ! the months wasted! That is when I found Zac and his team . The anxiety I had about trying to relist and sell, plus at this point after months it became a remote listing, I had to move without my house sold.
EXP was amazing , they took care of my house and even staged and keep it spotless clean for me! They treated my house like it was their own! The communication was excellent with them! Robyn is always there answering phone and will take care of any business matters you have! She is amazing! And in a short time I had soooo many open houses and showing! Yes my house did sell and got multiply offers as well ! All this was done remote, and smooth and easy. I couldn't have trusted a better company! The only regret I have is I should have listed with them first!
