My move was quite complex, having to first sell my home in Massachusetts to then finding the perfect home in Florida. Claudia was introduced to me by way of referral from Coldwell Banker; they could have given me anyone, but they chose Claudia. And immediately, it was clear as to why. As soon as I explained the complexities of what I was looking for, Claudia immediately began her search for homes that fit as much of my checklist as possible. Claudia was on the ball at every step along the process. I had to visit Florida a couple times throughout the 6 months before I closed on this home so that we could go look at houses. To accomodate, Claudia cleared her entire week’s schedule so that we could fit in as many homes as possible in my limited time before I had to go back to Mass. The unique thing I found in Claudia, as compared to other realtors I worked with, is that she comes extremely prepared, having numerous notes in her notebook of each home we are going to visit and asks the right questions if the information is missing online. When it came time to make offers, no offer was too out there. She doesn’t care how complex the offer is: if you want it, she writes it. And once you get an accepted offer, she has several contacts for whatever you need. Whether it’s a home inspector or a glass company or an insurance broker, she has worked with them all. Whenever you are working with Claudia, she makes you feel like you’re the only person she’s working with. I can’t reccommend her enough.

I have purchased several homes over the last 40+ years and Claudia Pennington is by far the most professional, competent & knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever worked with.
