This is probably the easiest review I ever wrote...Why?
Because, without question, Claudia Relvas is by far, the best realtor I have ever worked with in my 40 years of performing real estate transactions!
To start, she is always friendly and extremely easy to work with...
But, beyond that, she is extremely diligent, accommodating and thorough...
She always goes the extra yard, regardless of what the need or action is, and her follow up and attention to detail is extraordinary...I don't know how many times I contacted in regards to selling my mother-in-laws home, and she always provided excellent info. and guidance, but what I especially admired about her was whenever I asked for her opinion on what to do, she would always review the options with me and always seemed to guide me to the best course of action. And, her husband, who is an independent contractor, was also excellent to work with...he bailed us out on several occasions with his ability to perform what seemed like any type of contractor work in a efficient manner with quality work on a timely basis in a cost effective manner...what a team they are!!!
So, if your looking for a top shelf realtor who will provide you with superior realtor expertise with an exceptional people skills, Claudia is the choice for you! She's Five Star across the Board!

Claudia did an Amazing job selling our property in nj my husband and I live in Texas so selling a home long distance can be a bit scary and frustrating she made our experience a lot easier she handled everything so well from listing,showings, and selling our property ..
