Cody and Teresa Robinson are outstanding realtors. I came from real estate and I know how most of the realtors out there are part of that 90% who ultimately don't make it in the first year or two. The Robinsons have been in it for years and it shows. They give you instant confidence in their abilities to market your home and find your dream home. I trust them implicitly to have my best interests in mind because they are focused on the long term relationship and not the quick commission. I recommend them for all your real estate needs. Top notch and I haven't met any better than the Robinsons!

Cody and Teresa Robinson are as good as it gets. They are the furthest thing from your run of the mill real estate agent. They do a fantastic job marketing your property and have a great working relationship with all the brokers in Frisco, McKinney and Prosper and most of the builders. You cannot go wrong getting them to list your property and buy that new home. Coming from someone who worked several years in real estate, Cody and Teresa are phenomenal!!!

We chose to work with Cody and Teresa because they were recommended to us by a family member. The first weekend our house was on the market, we got a contract. Unfortunately, it fell through a couple weeks later due to lack of funds by the buyers. At this time we had already signed a contract on another that we were buying. We were very nervous about losing the home of our dreams. Cody put our house back on the market immediately, it again sold the first weekend re-listed, we entertained multiple offers and were able to still move forward with the purchase of our current home. We're so glad we used the Robinsons as our realtors and would recommend them to any other family!
