Frisco currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge indicating a seller’s market even as conditions have cooled from prior years. Months of supply has climbed to about 5.1 in this rolling three-month view, up sharply from roughly 3.8 a year ago, signaling that buyers now have more options than they did last fall.
Prices show modest downward pressure compared with last year, with the typical home value down a bit more than 5 percent year over year in this recent three-month period.
