The foundation of my team, Simplicity Real Estate, rests on those few words. My goal is to take the edge off and make it enjoyable while arming you with the tools needed to make informed decisions. It's about providing high-quality service, going above and beyond (incl. full home staging for free!) and building long term relationships.

I am open and honest. I would not want any of my clients making some of the most important decisions of their lives without having the information they need to make it a good one.

I love what I do and I take pride in being able to help those I work with pursue their dreams & achieve their goals.

I follow the real estate market and analyze it daily. However, it's not just about understanding the market. It's also about knowing what your clients' needs are, what is most important to them and what they value most. It is also my job to find the solution that fits.
