I’m Curt Bush, owner of Bush Team Homes. I help buyers and sellers throughout Dunedin, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, and the surrounding Pinellas County area.

Before becoming a Realtor, I spent years in sales and negotiations. That experience taught me how to solve problems, negotiate effectively, and keep deals moving forward. More importantly, it taught me that people remember how they’re treated. That’s the foundation of my business today.

I’m hands-on from the first conversation to the closing table. Whether we’re touring homes, pricing your property, writing an offer, negotiating repairs, or navigating inspections, I’m involved every step of the way. I answer my phone, return calls, and make sure you’re never left wondering what’s happening next.
