I can say that without a doubt I enjoyed my interactions with Dakota and felt that she did a very good job working with me. I cannot say anything for sure about her negotiation skills or process skills as we did not reach that point but from how she so quickly responded to any questions I had, how she found out information when I needed it and how agreeable and knowledgeable she was when she took me to view some properties I can only imagine that she would do at least as good as I noted on this review, if not better. I would not hesitate to refer my friends to her if they were moving into her area.
