Team Klark Realtors definitely exceeded our expectations! This was our first time buying a home so we had many questions. They were very clear communicators, friendly, and a joy to work with. They were so helpful, and would respond almost instantly to requests for showings or questions on the process. We ended up having to submit an offer immediately after a showing for a house we were interested in as the buyers had competing offers and wanted to accept by the following day. Dan and Annie worked until after midnight to get the offer written up for us, which was then accepted the next morning.
