“Where do I even begin? Tony was an absolute rockstar! He helped me purchase my first home from 2800 miles away - sight unseen. You may think I'm crazy for doing that, but it's due to Tony's competency as a realtor. The way he virtually showed me homes was excellent - as if I were there. He commonly pointed out potential issues and things to think about. Everything from custom wood encased windows that would eventually leak to where the gutters drain and the impact on asphalt over time. He didn't tell me what to do or make me feel less than for moving forwsrd with an offer on properites with issues - it was merely to know and understand any potential risks.
