Throughout our home buying process, there were countless times when my partner and I looked at each other and said, "Aren't you so glad we're working with Annie and Dan?!" We cannot recommend Team Klark highly enough. They went above and beyond, making a potentially stressful first-time house buying situation into an easily understandable and enjoyable journey.

To share one small example of the standard to which they hold themselves: when we were at the stage of selecting a mortgage, we felt very confused about which of our three offers was best for us as all sets of terms were laid out in completely different formats. Annie took all of the information we received, compiled it into a spreadsheet so we could compare the individual components of each offer (making several calls along the way to fill in any information we didn't even realize we were missing), and talked us through the nuanced differences of each offer and how they would affect our closing costs and monthly payments. This allowed us to confidently proceed in choosing the mortgage we knew was best for us, all thanks to our wonderful realtors. From talking to many friends who have recently gone through the home buying process, I am keenly aware that this attention to detail and level of professionalism is rare!
