Dana was incredible at helping us navigate an intense and difficult housing market. While never pushy, she helped us to come up with competitive offers and eventually get a wonderful house. Even after we got the house, she made sure that everything looked good and has helped us to find contractors for some of the repairs that we have done. I would highly recommend her!

Moving from out-of-state, it was very important to have a realtor who understood not only the real estate market but also what the Boise area had to offer. As a native Idahoan, Dana was able to give us a lot of insight into the area and things we might enjoy about living in different cities. She immediately determined that Eagle was probably going to be our best fit. Particular in what I was looking for, Dana took us multiple days to see many homes. She also toured homes and sent me her feedback and walkthrough videos. In the end, we purchased a home without seeing it in person. Dana had a really good feel for what we would like and not like. She spent her own time reviewing HOA CC&R's to find developments that accepted numerous dogs, of which there were few. Closing was super easy and quick. She is very resourceful and willing to go the extra mile for a client. The rest of the support team is also great. I would highly recommend her.
