I stumbled across Dani Beyer real estate just by googling. I was nervous to proceed with a company that wasn't recommended to me by someone I trust, but Desi Jostmeyer alleviated all of those concerns immediately. Our first conversation was very thorough, which I appreciated since I was moving to KC from out of state. Desi's knowledge of the market helped us avoid a bad offer on one house, and also helped us curate an offer on the home we ended up going with. If it were not for her term suggestions, we likely would've lost the house we loved the most to one of the 5 other offers. Additionally, because we are moving from out of state, so much had to be done remotely. She helped us through it every step of the way. The rest of the team i interacted with was also great. Their lender and insurance affiliation/recommendations were also the direction we went, and were great to work with. I will definitely be using Desi and the Dani Beyer team for any of our KC real estate needs in the future
