Dave was so great to work with. The house sold quickly and he was there to help me through the whole process. He knew what work would need to be done and set much of it up himself. All of the showings were while I was out of town and he and his team kept me posted on what was happening. Closing was super easy. Can't recommend Dave and his team enough. They're great.

He has kept in touch over the years since helping us to buy our home; that we couldn't think of any other realtor we would rather use than him to sell our house. The Dave Mattes team was fantastic from start to finish. Our realtor was Melanie and she did a fantastic job of showing us houses that were within our budget and within our needs. She listened to everything that we had asked for her to look for for us. She was extremely responsive anytime I had a question no matter what I could call her and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only was she helpful in helping to find my forever home, but she was very knowledgeable and gave me ideas of interior decorating. She helped negotiate a fantastic price. Dave Mattes is not only efficient at his job, in addition, he has a kind heart. Dave did a wonderful job of selling my deceased Father-in-Laws home in Kempton, PA. It was a bitter sweet moment for my Hubby, Chris to have to let go of his childhood home. Dave was honest with every step of the process.
