David Oustayan

I started as a Mortgage Broker, arranging loans full time from 1986 to 1989, then transitioned to full-time Real Estate Sales in 1989, working at large brokerage firms and independent brokerage firms. With my many years of experience, I decided to open my own real estate brokerage firm and am now the Owner/Broker of GreatWest Realty. Over the years of selling real estate, I've assisted buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of properties in 10 counties throughout California. The properties I have listed for sale and sold were owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, vacant homes, out-of-state absentee owners, investors, vacant land, banking institutions, and I also represent the State of CA Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) for property disposition. I was the project manager for a 34-unit condo conversion for resale to the public and have been an onsite and offsite property manager for family, senior, disabled, and handicapped rentals.
