We first met Deanne Gutierrez over 10 years ago when responding to an ad on a house in Lake of the Pines in the newspaper. It took us 8 months to find our perfect house & Deanne stuck with us and never gave up finding us our house!! Plus on that first day when my husband and I hopped into her car for our tour of Lake of the Pines, I knew we were going to be really good friends! ❤️ We did not even consider using anyone other Deanne Gutierrez when we needed to sell my moms house in Roseville! We would use her again and again!
