Before moving into real estate, I worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager. That background has proven invaluable in my real estate career, giving me a strong understanding of construction, building systems, and problem-solving, as well as a detailed and analytical approach to property evaluation and negotiations.
Originally from England, I moved to Canada in 2009 and now call Vancouver Island home. I have extensive knowledge of the communities I serve and particularly enjoy helping clients understand not just individual properties, but the different neighbourhoods, lifestyles, and opportunities available throughout the area.
My approach is hands-on and relationship-focused. I believe in being accessible, communicating clearly, and giving clients the information they need to make confident decisions without pressure. People generally don’t need to go through the stress of selling and moving more than a few times. So there are many unknowns. David was extremely patient with us. We spent two years looking at listings while trying to decide where we wanted to retire. Buying a home four provinces away was daunting but he made it manageable.
