David was great to work. My husband and I were looking for a bigger place for our expanding family and I am so glad we ran into David. He blocked out and entire day, took us to multiple properties in the Hoboken, Weehawken, JC & WNY NJ area. Luckily enough one of the first places we saw was our new home. It was my first time buying a home and needless to say, I was really nervous and disheartened because I had been looking for almost 2 years with no luck. David and Meredith listened to what I was looking for and in less than 24 hours, they set up a collaboration site with various listings that matched my criteria. They didn't try to push me to open up my parameters as I rejected one listing after another. Whenever I found one that I was potentially interested in, they jumped on it and made an appointment to see the place. They were very accommodating to my schedule. From my first search with David and Meredith all the way to closing, I had the most amazing experience. They were smart, caring, professional, responsive, and just truly a Godsend.
