For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $700,000 in Monmouth County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $705,500 in May.

Fair Haven had 14 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 11—up 57.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

Of those 11 active listings, 18.18% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in Fair Haven grew 3.45% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $1,500,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to grow.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
