A little about me personally:
-Grew up on a farm in Ontario
-Lived in Alberta 20+yrs
-Have three sons
-Animal lover - have 4 dogs, 1 cat and 8 horses!
-I run the breakfast program at our school, assist our food bank, serve on the library board and as the vice president of our Care and Share Society.

I made a random call to a realtor regarding a listing online. We made numerous calls to agents but our conversation with Deanna was so different! She knows Alberta like the back of her hand. We managed to buy a home within our very close deadline, a home we would call a million $ home & under asking, in this market!!!! All thanks to Deanna's knowledge & very obvious professional experience in her field. Deanna attended our inspection on our behalf because we lived in Ontario Deanna provided us with the mortgage broker, lawyers, home inspector (everything the internet tells you not to do through your realtor) & proved to us again & again that she is somebody you can trust!! The day we arrived to Alberta she cleared her schedule in order to meet with us and get to know us in person, she did a tour with me & gave me the lowdown on all the important details I needed to know about this home, she even gave us a sweet house warming gift! I wouldnt be able to find a better agent or person!

We used Deanna to find our dream house in Sylvan Lake. We told Deanna what we were looking for, found the property listing online and sent her to inspect the home on our behalf as we were oversees at the time.
