Debbie is fantastic! We were living out of state and a friend referred me to Debbie when we found out that a work transfer would be sending us to Northern Kentucky in just over a month. After a quick phone call, Debbie tracked down homes that perfectly matched the criteria we gave her and after a quick one day visit to look at homes we found one we loved and put in an offer.

She constantly went above and beyond to keep everything moving since we wanted to close in 30 days or less and made sure that any issues with the home were quickly resolved. She quickly answered any calls or texts with questions we had, and has been our go to whenever we are looking for information about the area.

Debbie was absolutely amazing. She was so thorough with everything from our paperwork, to making sure every item on our inspection was discussed and understood. During our final walkthrough, she walked us through each item that we had requested to be fixed or adjusted, based on the inspection to make sure it was up to our standards. Her communication was outstanding and she is a blast to talk to and be around! She was always timely and was very honest about our walkthroughs during our housing search, to make sure we found the perfect home for us! She made this by far, the easiest home buying experience we’ve ever had.

He had a laid out structure. He handed me a stack of papers with each house clearly legible and at the bottom was the address to the next house.

Wesley was an absolutely outstanding realtor for us! From the very beginning of our home-buying process, he went out of his way to ensure that we felt comfortable and made himself available to view houses via FaceTime while we were out of state. Wesley was honest and fair, but never pushy. Wes was a great advocate for us while we were under contract, and was very knowledgeable. He worked well with the relocation company that we worked with, and often went out of his way to contact other people on the team to ensure that our process was as streamlined as possible.
