We were first time homebuyers without a clue how to buy a house. Lindsay explained the process, referred us to a great lender and walked us through every detail. The market was crazy and we looked at too many homes to count and submitted many offers that were beat by higher bids. It took almost a year to find a home but she never gave up or acted like we were an inconvenience and constantly dropped what she was doing to ensure we wouldn't miss out on a house. She was so patient and we recommend her if you need an agent.

We used Lindsay to sell and buy two years ago and had a great experience. Recently, we decided to refinance in order to finish our basement, but the house didn't appraise for the amount we needed. We thought it should have appraised for more. We asked her if she knew of any comps to justify a higher price. She created an entire report for us that we were able to send the bank, and it worked! We got a lot more money for our cash out refi. Without her, we wouldn't have been able to complete our project.

We have used Lindsay a total of 6 times. This last time, she helped us sell and buy. We sold the house quickly for above asking price and found a great home for us to downsize and retire in. At our final walk through, the house wasn't as clean as we would have hoped but we didn't want to delay the closing or cause any problems asking the seller to clean it better since they said they cleaned it. Little did we know that after the walk through, and a few hours before the closing, Lindsay went to the house and spent 3 hours cleaning it. She even scrubbed the showers and cleaned the refrigerator. We didn't know this until we came back to the house after closing. While it was not necessary, we truly appreciated that such a busy agent would do that for us. And it saved us from having to hire a cleaner. We highly recommend Lindsay to everyone we know.

I sold my house with Lindsay and we received multiple offers due to her pricing and marketing strategy and chose an offer well above asking price. Then the house did not appraise for the sale price, which she warned us could happen. Without me even asking her to (I didn't even know it was an option), she appealed the appraisal by sending a detailed report with comps and data to the lender and appraisal company, and they ended up revising the appraisal, which put 30,000 more dollars in my pocket. I couldn't believe it! After the sale, she worked with me for months to find a duplex that I could live in and rent the other unit and was able to find the perfect one. It was a great experience working with her and I will be using her in the future to build my rental portfolio.

The market was so crazy when we bought our condo that we couldn't always make it to see them in a timely manner, since we were living out of town. Any time something came on the market matching our criteria, she would race over and do a video tour for us. We had used her many times in the past to sell and buy, so we greatly trusted her opinion. We ended up buying the condo sight unseen because she did such a great job showing every detail on the video, even showing the neighborhood and area. We were satisfied and love our new place. Hopefully we won't have to move again, but if we do, she is our go-to agent!

Lindsay was able to sell our house before we even had to put it on the market, with her pre-marketing strategies and networking skills. This made the process so much easier for us. She always kept us informed during the process and helped us purchase a new home with a builder. We appreciated her helping us pick out options that were best for resale and helping us keep our price from going over budget. We were very happy with her.

She then helped us find a home we love and fit our needs. The seller was hard to deal with, so we were grateful we had her to fight for us. She was excellent during the whole process.
