Dena Smith

I am a service oriented broker with over 15 years local experience specializing in Residential properties. My preference is to be available to my clients rather than spread myself too thin. I have a background in design, marketing, environmental science and have been in construction for over 20 years. I'm currently co-owner of, SS Design, a remodeling company that I helped create.

Servicing the entire DFW area, I concentrate on the central cities including Arlington, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Coppell, Grand Prairie, Irving, & Las Colinas. I've been local resident for over 50 years, & an Irving resident since 1995.

I'm a graduate of Texas Christian University, member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, & Metrotex Board of Realtors. I earned my real estate license in 2004, my brokers license in 2006, & have several designations... the Council of Residential Specialists, Graduate Realtor Institution, & Certified Negotiation Expert among others.
