Proactive and knowledgeable, letting me know all the challenges that I might be facing up front. I wanted to use my VA loan and Brant warned me that sellers might not choose a VA loan offering (we closed with VA loan in the end).
Honest and keep the customer’s greatest advantage in mind. We visited a house and made an offering, but we found out that there were more troubles in the house that expected. Brant didn’t push the deal, instead he recommended that we give up and hunt for a better one.
Quick responding, I can always expect a question answered thru message or email, even at night or weekend. And I can usually schedule to visit properties with the time slot I prefer.
Overall a good listener that always keep my need and requirements in mind. Highly recommended.

Brant was amazing! We move to Texas from out of state and he made time for us almost every weekend since that was the only time we could come look at homes. He even met up with some of our friends to look at houses when we couldn't make it down. Brant was not pushy at all he would open the house up and let us look around then we would talk about what we liked/didn't like after. Brant was amazing at taking what we said we like/didn't like and finding houses that had more and more things we liked in them till we finally found the one!!
