I stay involved from start to finish—whether that’s helping buyers find the right place, negotiating, or making sure nothing gets missed during the process. For sellers, I focus on pricing, exposure, and making sure we’re in the best position to get a strong result.

I also look at deals with a bit of an investment mindset, so I’m always thinking about value and helping my clients make smart decisions.
