She was very helpful on preparing us for what to expect with the closing. Desiree has a lot of great contacts from mortgage brokers, lawyers, insurance brokers that we used for our closing. This made our closing go very smoothly having people we could trust. We finally found a property in the location we wanted. The sellers were being very difficult to make a deal with. After a few counter offers we were maxed out on what we could spend. Desiree took a cut from her commission to help close the deal. We are very happy with our home and our experience with Desiree.
