I started my real estate career in 1998 and made the decision in 2005 to go back to school for a degree in Business Management.

In my 20 years as a real estate professional, a large portion of my business comes from first time buyers and sellers. I have a vast knowledge of short sales and have 12 years experience as a Loss Mitigation Consultant, Home Retention Specialist, and 10 years experience working with REO properties.

As an REO specialist, I manage bank owned and foreclosed properties. I’ve worked as a Fannie Mae agent marketing and managing their REO properties and I’ve just been assigned Veteran Administration properties through Vendor Resource Management.

I volunteer at Columbus Housing Partnership, a non-profit organization where I’ve been privileged to speak to and advise potential buyers in the market to purchase their first home.

As an experienced professional I pride myself on providing the best in real estate services to everyone desiring home ownership.

Either buying or selling, I pledge to give you the service you expect and deserve. 90% of my business comes from referrals and I equate that to the honest and ethical service I provide everyone. If it’s not true I won’t say it and if it’s not right I won’t do it.
