Douglas always goes above and beyond. We have purchased two houses and listed one with Douglas. The one we sold we almost set a record high for the neighborhood comps. The first one we bought was a short sale, on the second one we were a little picky and he had to show us quite a few. Never getting discouraged he came through and we got the exact house we wanted.
