I have been a full-time agent for close to four years, following a career in the banking industry. I am proud to be part of the top locally owned brokerage in the Panhandle area, Lyons Realty. With that being said, I was honored to receive the Agent of the Year award in 2022 and the Top-Rated Customer Satisfaction award in 2021. These awards reflect the work ethic I have maintained throughout my time in real estate. Additionally, I am a certified e-Pro agent, which means I am efficient in the technology aspect of the transaction. I also hold my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certification, which required an additional 90 hours of continuing education. Overall, I focus on quality, not quantity. We had an idea in mind of what wanted to buy when we started working with Meaghan. As a buyer's agent, she did a great job trying to find us something that met our criteria, but we were having difficulties finding something we liked. It was then, after getting to know us and what we liked in the properties we had seen, that Meaghan suggested that we expand our horizons a bit and took us to places we would not have considered. We immediately fell in love with one of her recommendations and we bought it! Not only did Meaghan go above and beyond with finding us a place we would love, she continued to stay with us through the whole process, walking us through a proper negotiation that was based on our best interests. She was such a fantastic resource for us, we can't recommend her enough!
