Edwin is the most professional and knowledgeable realtor I have ever worked with. This current move is house number 4 and hopefully the final one. He is friendly, and really knows how the market is, right now. No massive painting, or updates needed to the house I have lived in for over 18 years. Even though the location I moved to is way out of his territory, 150 miles to be exact, he was willing to go look with me and handled both the sale and purchase like the rock star he is.
