Eric Hatch did an excellent job and we recommend him very much.

We were visiting from Southern California and just beginning to consider the Grass Valley area as a place for us to retire. We engaged Eric to show us some properties just to get a feel for the area, based on a recommendation from relatives who had worked with him. Lo and behold, we found our dream home on this first exploratory trip. Eric was very knowledgeable about the area, having lived there for 30 years, and was very patient with us; we never felt rushed. He was very responsive and helpful all the way through the escrow process, meeting with inspectors and keeping in touch with us at every step. We were very confident in his abilities to represent our interests when we were out of the area. Eric is very likeable and professional, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Eric was kind and patient, and as survivors of the Camp Fire in Paradise who lost everything, we needed that.
He was very knowledgable about the area which meant a lot as we had made the decision to rebuild in Auburn, never having spent much time her.
Although some issues had arisen, not specifically related to our lot purchase, Eric stuck by us and continued to check in, offer suggestions and see how we were progressing.
If at some point we decide to sell our new home, we will certainly come back to Eric.
