From a yard home sale sign we called Eric on New Years Eve 2016, he took the time out of his day on the holiday to come show us the house 40 minutes away and the best part was he took the remainder of the afternoon putting in our offer to the sellers. I would say on this holiday he spent minimum 4 hours with us and never once acted as if it were no interruption to his day. That same night as many were out celebrating the upcoming New Year Eric took the time to call us and tell us our offer had been accepted. He is an exceptional agent I would highly recommend him.

I had not sold a home for over 25 years their has been a lot of changes in the market in that period of time but Eric made it easy. My husband and myself work non standard hours and we found out neither does Eric, we could call him very early in the morning or late at night we would always answer. We would recommend to anyone.
