Eric is a great listener! He is never late for appointments. Eric is very good at understanding what home features were important to us and did not waste our time showing properties that “did not fit”.

We were happy with how quickly our house sold, using Eric Hatch as our agent. He did a great job marketing the house to attract buyers from outside the local area. The home Eric sold for us was part of our family trust...a home that needed a lot of work, multiple inspections AND was located eight hours away from where I live. I am an experienced real estate Broker in the State of Oregon and I thought Oregon's paperwork was overly burdensome; but buying or selling real estate in California sets a new benchmark in complexity...multiple disclosures, notices, forms and seemingly unending paperwork. However, Eric Hatch put together a deal, negotiated some serious issues, arranged all the inspections/repairs, orchestrated all the title/escrow requirements and completed the final sale...all without one trip to California on my part. Eric, along with his team and his excellent network of industry partners performed to the highest degree of professionalism and efficiency. I can't imagine going through something like this without someone of his caliber to navigate the way. Thank you, Eric.
