We first met Eric when we were interested in looking at one of the homes had listed. We did not have agent at the time and were just looking on our own. When we met Eric at property he seemed very knowledgeable about the area and very honest and trustworthy. We weren't familiar with area too well. We had relocated a year ago from southern California. Eric was a big help to us. He worked hard to find us a home we loved. He is patient and understanding. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family for all of their real estate needs!
