After two days only of showings, we had multiple over-asking offers and accepted one with a 30-day escrow!

A few years ago, my wife and I had trouble moving our home. Almost a year on the market with no real action. My realtor's only advice was to just keep lowering the price - sound familiar?! Instead, we switched realtors to Eric Hatch. He aggressively changed the marketing strategy and got it sold very quickly for us - without lowering the price! He then found us a place to purchase and negotiated a Great price for us. Eric is a straight forward, no-nonsense kind of guy. He brings boatloads of experience and expertise, but he also listens to his clients ideas, wants, and needs. I like having someone on my side that includes me in the process.
