A few years ago, my wife and I had trouble moving our home. Almost a year on the market with no real action. My realtor's only advice was to just keep lowering the price - sound familiar?! Instead, we switched realtors to Eric Hatch. He aggressively changed the marketing strategy and got it sold very quickly for us - without lowering the price! He then found us a place to purchase and negotiated a Great price for us. Eric is a straight forward, no-nonsense kind of guy. He brings boatloads of experience and expertise, but he also listens to his clients ideas, wants, and needs. I like having someone on my side that includes me in the process. My sister and I recently hired Eric to sell our parent's estate. Eric closed the deal, getting us more money than other realtors wanted to list it for! Thanks again Eric! You're the MAN!
