We didn't think we had a chance to secure our home at a reasonable price, however Eric was confident if we were patient that he could work a deal on a short sale. Bank was very difficult to deal with but Eric never gave up. He was masterfully able to orchestrate the sale to satisfy me beyond our wildest dreams. Bottom line- we purchased a home way below market value thanks to Eric's creative negotiations. Eric is a very competent and honest broker. I wish this industry had more like him.
