Erin was patient and supportive. She worked to align the sellers, lending agency, title company - basically everyone to make our move back to Kalamazoo as easy as possible.

My family was making a move back to Michigan on a tight timeline. Erin McEntee was very communicative, responsive, and knowledgeable. She was readily available for showings on our timeline. Since we were from out of state, she provided lots of local recommendations for inspectors, lenders, insurance, utility information, etc. She is also a great listener, kind, and smart. We can't say enough great things about working with Erin as our realtor! She is extremely professional and organized. She listens to your "must-haves" and concerns, and is honest and helpful without being pushy. She has excellent communication skills and works hard to be available to answer your questions or schedule times to view houses. Erin is also very knowledgeable about the area. Erin was fantastic! Let me start by saying my husband and I are very picky and difficult buyers. Throughout the process Erin was very engaged and helpful providing tips and knowledge of the areas that we were searching. She listened to what we were saying in each house and use that information to help guide us throughout the process. We probably saw over 60 homes and she was more than patient and positive during this time. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, she made an otherwise arduous process fun and enjoyable.
