They were always available for when we have questions and sending us a new listings that fit what we were looking for. We listened to them & them advised us on what to look for in a house, the good & bad things to look for in a house, what neighbourhoods to look for, close to malls, close to amenities. Listening to Ernie & Heath we were able to get exactly what we wanted. We got the perfect size, & yard that has potential. We would absolutely refer Ernie & Heath to our friends and family. They answered the phone whenever we called are always there to answer whatever questions we had. They came prepared & were convenient.We told them what we want, we didn’t have to go back and forth to some houses, We went one step at time. What impressed me first of all they both trying to assess the clients needs, so they don’t just show you everything and anything, they would ask you what your needs are. They educate new Canadians in the Mississauga & Toronto area. Educate you on the different places, Condo buildings that are out there. I would definitely recommend Heath and Ernie to friends and family because they educate you & you know the relationship is not lost even after the transaction is done, they are always there.
