I can’t say better things about Evan even if I wanted to! She’s the best realtor I know, and I know a lot of them! Heck, I was one, and I still had her sell a house for me.

She loves her job, and it shows. I’ve seen how well she helps her buyers, and now I’ve seen how well she does selling a house.

She got me more money than I expected to get, had some contractors ready to help me make some repairs, and even brought over a bunch of stuff to stage the home.

She has a wealth of knowledge about theories, and about the market. I can’t imagine you could honestly find a more honest and dedicated real estate agent, and I refer her to everyone I know.

Evan deserves five stars, if not more! We relocated from another state, and she worked tirelessly to help us learn about and explore our new area. Evan showed us a very wide variety of homes/locations, so that we could comfortably make a decision. Any and all questions were answered very quickly. She really went the extra mile by personally doing the tasks we could not, since we lived out of town. We cannot say enough about her helpfulness and competence, and she is so fun to work with.
