I was not only the buyer but I am also a Mortgage Banker who works with realtors on a daily basis. Faustino was always available and trustworthy. I was out of town for some critical parts of the transaction but he was able organize and facilitate while I was away.

The seller was particularly difficult to work with but Faustino was able to make sure everything closed by the contract date.
