List prices show a bit of softening, with a median of $362,500 in March and a projected $355,000 for April, while the projected typical home value dips slightly to $352,750. Only about 8.73% of listings saw a price drop, and roughly 47.5% of homes sold above list, supported by an average sale-to-list ratio of about 1.012.
