Frank Gulati is amazing! From our first contact he was quickly achieving results. He got me in to see the condo I was interested in, hours after we first spoke.
He understood the market and the many requests we made of him, were action-ed with the required urgency. Frank responded immediately to all our concerns.
It is hard to describe the many ways that Frank helped us without telling countless long stories, which I won't bore you with. It is enough to say, obstacles created by my own ignorance and the lack of knowledge/experience of the bank, the lawyers, the sellers' agent, and the property management group, were overcome with Frank's assistance.
