She was a pleasure from the moment she walked in the door. She is very knowledgeable about the area. Her team stayed on top of everything and always did what they said. I don't hesitate to recommend her.

We sold our house with Georgee back in January. Me and my husband were out of the country at the time and Georgee and her team went above and beyond to make sure the whole process runs smooth. She impressed us from the first meeting. I called her at 5 pm one evening and scheduled an appointment the next day. When we met, we were super impressed. Besides giving us info on our own house, she was super helpful in making us understand the market in which we were selling. This made the whole thing possible. She priced the house much more then we had hoped for. The house was on the market for exactly one week. Her and her team (Jackie, Zoe and others) are absolutely amazing and did a great job. After we sold, all of our friends asked for her contact and we happily gave it. We will be buying a home and she will be the person we call.

The best advice I could give anyone buying or selling they house is to listen to your realtor!
We asked for advice from Georgee, listened to everything she recommended and sold the house super fast and for top dollar.

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Georgee and her company.
I was very impressed when I met her and gave her the listing, but when negotiating the first buyer's interest n my property, I do not feel that she fought for me to get the best price possible.
Than when taking her lead and accepting the offer, she gave me to one of her staff, we did not close when we were suppose to, so for 5 days there was no contract with the buyer, and Georgee and her employees were not responsive to the situation. They did not make an effort to negotiate any penalties and costs that I incurred by the delay of the sale every though I asked them to. And the fact that I was located out of state, they were not willing to remove a couple of items from the condo when I asked them to the day before the closing.
I do not enjoy giving negative feedback, but hopefully they can improve their customer service.

I had been looking for a house in Miami Shores for quite a while with another realtor. When I met with Georgee she asked me for a list of essentials that I needed in my dream house. Something my other realtor never did. I gave her the list thinking she could never find me MY house. Within one week, she showed me two houses and I found my dream house. She negotiated and worked with us to make the deal happen. She fought hard and worked with all parties involved to make everyone happy. Her staff is fanastic! They are responsible, efficient hard working people that make a stressful event really very pleasurable and smooth. I highly recommend her to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a house. She knows Miami Shores like no one else and she gets things done!
