Gina is an absolute Rock Star. Her knowledge of the markets she works in is second to none. She is a pleasure to work with and had always treated us like family. She always has had ( this is the third time we have worked with her and the second time for our daughter) our best interest in mind, she is an amazing negotiator and incredible advocate for her clients.

Out of state (EX) NY homeowner here; thank goodness we found Gina. My wife and I are CT residents and had a home in Long Island for 10+ years that was tenant occupied. Gina was able to essentially be a mediator between us and the tenants on a weekly basis, in addition to handling the actual property listing responsibilities. We got asking price for the home, and again- thanks to Gina, we were able to get the entire process closed just before our lives got incredibly busy. My wife and I can promise you that not all agents can navigate human personalities well, and had we not found Gina, this transaction probably would not have gone the way it did.

Gina was great! She helped us purchase our first home. We were looking for several months and she showed us multiple properties, encouraging us not to settle until we found exactly what we wanted. She was very supportive through the process and really knew the area we were looking to buy in.

Gina was outstanding throughout the entire buying process. From the first moment I walked into my now home, Gina guided me every step of the way. She was very informative about the process and was able to hook me up with a great lender. Any request I asked for, Gina went above and beyond for to make sure it happened. Anyone that is looking for a home or selling one would be lucky to have Gina as their realtor.

My husband and I were seeking our first home and I reached out to Gina to show us some properties. The properties we were shown weren't exactly parallel to what we had expressed we'd be interested in. After explaining this to her, we were shown one home that we were potentially quite serious about and wanted to make an offer after coming to the decision days after seeing it. I had e-mailed and called Gina several times to follow-up, but received no response. I don't believe my husband and I truly got the respect we deserved because we were seemingly a young couple in our mid-twenties that probably wouldn't get a mortgage. Little did she know that we were cash buyers and took our business elsewhere to Stephanie Hindman. I'm sorry I didn't have the experience that everyone that reviewed did and I truly wish her the best in future sales.
